LLM, explained simply
LLM stands for large language model. It is a program that learned patterns in language by reading a huge amount of text.
It doesn't look answers up like a search engine. It predicts which words fit best next, one small piece at a time.
Chat tools like ChatGPT and Claude run on LLMs. When you ask for an email draft or a short summary, an LLM writes it for you.
On ITG Now, our daily AI news stories and AI models page often talk about new LLMs and how they compare.
