Neural network, explained simply
Each unit takes in numbers, does a little math and passes the result on. Millions of units together can learn complex things.
During training, the connections get adjusted until the network gives good answers.
Face sign-in on your phone and voice assistants use neural networks.
On ITG Now, our guides and news stories use neural networks as the base idea behind most models we cover.

Questions people ask about Neural network
Is a neural network the same as a brain?
No. It is only loosely inspired by the brain. It is math running on a computer.
Neural network vs deep learning: what is the difference?
Deep learning means using neural networks with many layers. Most modern AI uses it.
