CPU, explained simply
CPU stands for central processing unit. It is often called the brain of a computer.
It handles everyday jobs like opening apps, running your browser and managing files. It is good at doing a few different tasks very fast.
For AI, a CPU can run small models, but it is slower than a GPU. Big models usually need a GPU.
